Dramatic Possibilities accepts returns of faulty items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for postage charges when returning the item to Dramatic Possibilities. Items must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached. Please email before returning any items to let us know of any problems. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
